Superb documentary on bbc4 the other night. Catch it whatever you do
Julian temple directed it and it comes hot on the heels of his excellent doc on detroit
Feelgoods were some band. Really takes me back. Although a soul boy at heart i saew a lot of these bands in my teens and they were superb live. Far better than many of the punk bands, who were often quite awful (buzzccocks and the clash made great singles but live…..not really)
Best music doc i have seen. Really gets into their Canvey roots and although very fast paced is quite touching at times too
I have just had a chance to catch this.
It was a good profile and interesting to find out what the split was about.
Unfortunatley, I never had a chance to see them live.
