    “could be a cracker”

    I agree, Nathan.

Glad to see both Chaldean and Nostrum running.

The Silver Knott/Chaldean related-contingency double currently pays out at 16/1.

The Isaac Shelby/Ferrari Queen NON related-contingency double doesn’t pay out but if it did you’d be getting 532/1

So 532/1 about a 532/1 chance, then, sir.

On all known form, I’d say Chaldean ought to be favourite for this.

Nostrum is arguably an even more promising, progressive, colt, but he must be absolutely flying at home to be heading this market.

Holloway Boy was behind Nostrum so the race before the Dewhurst involving Silver Knott probably will see a movement in odds one way or another

Dancing magic also finished 2nd to naval power last time so a potential 3rd related double in those two races

Well spotted, FF – a 32.75/1 double at current best odds.

The Holloway Boy/Nostrum one is 16.5/1.

    Marbaan is an interesting price
He didn’t run his race in Ireland but was really good in beating Holloway Boy at Goodwood

My interest in this race revolves around ante-post bets on Chaldean at 14/1 and Nostrum at 8/1 for the 2,000 Guineas and three second-leg doubles on this race I’ve had with runners in the preceding Autumn Stakes: Holloway Boy/Nostrum, Silver Knott/Chaldean and Dancing Magic/Naval Power.

Yesterday’s Rage Of Bamby/Commissioning double went the shape of a well-known fruit, but fortunately said exercise is currently still being funded by Eldar Eldarov/Simca Mille and Hamish/Kyprios.

That was more like the Royal Scotsman we saw at Goodwood
Well done those on the winner, especially those on at decent prices for the Guineas
I wonder how Little Big Bear would have fared today.
