They’ve played their way through the group stages & battled in the knockout rounds to get to the Final & it all comes down to the next two games to see who can be crowned Daylight Cup winner 2016….good luck to Triptych & Scratville
games to be played over 2 legs – 20th and 27th August
If it is a tie after both legs, it goes on the most winners, if the same amount of winners the player with the biggest priced winner…then seconds, then thirds, regardless of price & if it’s still a tie, it will be decided on ‘countback’ and if it’s still a tie after all that, then meet up at a neutral park for a duel with pistols at dawn…because I will be off playing bowls!
17 – 0 TRIPTYCH 23 v 8 SCRATVILLE 6 – 8
August 17, 2016 at 18:06 #1260145Good luck to both.

August 21, 2016 at 11:29 #1260796It’s going to be a close call Bob I take nothing for granted.
Good luck to Scratville for next week. JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...August 28, 2016 at 13:32 #1261486After 22 week’s of competition TRIPTYCH is crowned Daylight Cup Champion 2016
SCRATVILLE clawed back some of last week’s deficit but TRIPTYCH held on to take the title.
Well done once again to TRIPTYCH on being crowned Daylight Cup 2016 Champion and also well done to SCRATVILLE on making it all the way to the final.
David Cormack will probably be in touch regarding your winners trophy Jac
August 28, 2016 at 15:31 #1261523Really proud to win this Trophy. It was a close call as Scratville’s Nap just got touched off yesterday, he played a blinder a great competition all round.
Thanks to Bob and David for all their tireless efforts running this competition and look forward to October when the new 4PP competition starts again…Jac
David has been in touch Bob…
I haven’t won a Trophy since my ten pin bowling days when the Alleycats smashed The Long Good Fridays after work at Picadilly Circus and the celebrations went on into the weekend, I might just crack open a bottle or two to celebrate now…see you all in the Lounge. ;)Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...August 28, 2016 at 15:39 #1261527Well done Jac.

Thank’s Bobby a really enjoyable competition in memory of the founder of TRF.
Even though I never knew him his legacy has made this Forum what I would consider the best on the Internet, for racing competitions, discussion and bringing a whole melting pot of people together to discuss the sport we are all crazy about.
So a big thank you to all of you that keep it running so well. JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out... -
