A new year upon us so start the 2022 season off with Ante post Tennis bets

    CARLOS ALCARAZ 25/1 French open

Two young talents on men’s and womens game got my eye on this whizz kid won 2 tournaments last year on clay. And will continue to mop up on clay tournaments but did well on US open to. And be a big danger to elite when French open comes around

    CLARA TAUSON 100/1 US open

Loss to Barty in this event in 2021 but if won that may been her and not Radacanu win it. She defeat the young brit in a final in America before that slam. Also went on to win Luxembourg open beat Ostapenko in final. This talented youngster from Denmark can make a big impact in 2022

    DUSTIN JOHNSON 14/1 Masters

Already got a green jacket and can add another one in 2022 he loves Augusta while 2021 not best year he return in style at Ryder cup winning 5 out of 5 points. Which give him confidence in 2022

    ABRAHAM ANCER 90/1 Enhanced price

Was 13th last time here and broke through in America by winning a WGC event 2022 is the year can go further and compete in masters.

    SUNGAE IM 75/1 USPGA Championship

Apart from joint runner up in masters he not always play well in majors bit end the year well added a 2nd title and can do better in 2022.

    LOUIS OOSTHUIZEIN 25/1 Open championship

Ideal place for him St Andrews a course he adores won by 8 shots and lost a playoff to
Ignore masters last year he was 2.3.2 in other majors and can add another major to his collection.

    SCOTTIE SCHEFLER 50/1 open championship

Was 8th on his debut in the open very good by him he not he a maiden much longer when that duck is broken don’t be shocked if majors come for him to

    Money list bets

DUSTIN JOHNSON 16/1 PGA Money list

All the majors will set up well for him and also fact not win Americaast year will spur him on and after heroics in Ryder cup can get back to his best

    VICTOR HOVLAND 20/1

This talent from Norway can add more trophies to collection in 2022 a fine talent who think do even better

    WILL ZALATORIS 200/1

no win yet on tour but I expect him to break his duck soon and already shown in majors no fear when 2nd to Matsuyama in masters he is way to big at 200/1

RORY MCILROY 11/2 Race to dubai

Think can have a good season in majors it likely play in middle East events to and roaring Rory can win this title again

    THOMAS PIETERS 150/1

Got a win last year and that can springboard him back to big tournaments in 2022 he still not fufill potential but can happen in 2022.

    Guido Migglozzi 225/1 enhanced price

Was 4th in US open last year and while things tail off for him he could easily bounce back in 2022 and not be written off.

ARYNA SABALENKA 11/2 WTA Adelaide open

She starts off the season strong wins event in Asia at start of year but be happy here. In weaker bottom half. Yes Sakkrai a danger but expect her breeze past these players.

MADISON KEYS 11/1 WTA Melbourne 1

Out of form last year but has talk about she enjoys playing in Australia and could be a place to get her form back. Could get Kasatkina but Keys power be to strong for her. Can Pegula continue her form from last year to I doubt it.

    ANN LI 20/1

A young American who broke her duck last year and has more progress in her this year to. Her quarter looks weak a semi final vs Tauson or Mertens may happen but they could be rusty

VERONICA KUDERMETOVA 8/1 WTA Melbourne 2

This Improving young player from Russia dud well last year and with doubts over Osaka and Halep who may look at this tournament to test there fitness she can take advantage of that.

    ALISON RISKE 20/1

Also can start a year strong loss to Sabalenka in Asia in 2019. Has a decent quarter Halep may await in last 4 but will she focus be on here I doubt it

    NICK KYRGIOS 9/1 ATP Melbourne

A return to home ideal for him no idea what you get from him but won in Brisbane before so loves being home. Could get Goffin in 2nd while Nadal in semi but Nick a Decent record vs him

    BOTIC VAN DE ZANDSCAULP 14/1

A improving player he was last year and keep it going got Mannarino in opener beat him maybe Dimitrov or Murray in last 8 but he not fear either player here.

    KAREN KHACHANOV 11/2 ATP Adelaide

Big serving Russian he is here rather than ATP Cup can claim this title Vukic or S Johnson hold no fears. Cilic only danger in his half but can defeat him here.

    THANASI KOKKINAKIS 25/1

Had injury issues not fulfilled potential more down to injuries but gets a WC here and be happy back home in Australia has MILLMAN 1st.
Then Tiafoe but he can suprise people here.

Hope I get off to a good start with Tennis hope see you guys Raymo and BigG

Hope you had a great Christmas and New Year Darren and Raymo :good:

    Sentry Of Tournament Of Champions

Viktor Hovland 14/1 (16/1 1st round leader market)

He finally got his act together and had a storming finish
winning the Mayakoba and Albany Tournaments back to back.
No reason why he can’t start out the way he finished.
He’s an absolute birdie machine so I reckon a decent
    bet for 1st round leader.

Sam Burns 18/1 (20/1 1st round leader market)

He’s really emerging as a force on the PGA Tour. He finally got
the win he had been threatening at The Valspar last year and
followed that up with a win in the Sandersons Farm Championship
later in the year. He played in 5 tournaments after that and had
4 top 10s. He’s just going to get better. He’s got every chance
    here.

Sungjae Im 25/1 (25/1 1st round leader market)

One thing for sure is he will be ready for this. He’s one of the
hardest workers on tour, he rarely misses a week. He also happens
to be a damned good golfer as he showed winning the Shriners last
October. He’s consistant, dedicated and only 23. He’s another who
is making his mark felt. I’d be surprised if he isn’t still in
    contention come Sunday.

I’m sifting through them Darren for a few anti posts in the Majors,
I’ll post them up later in the week :good:

Love the Louis Oostheizen shout for the Open Darren, will have to get on that myself.

Re the Tournament of Champions, just played a round of it on the golf game on ps4 and feel the course could really suit Brysons game now that hes hitting it more straight off the tee than the past couple of years, can’t fault you for picking Schauffle though course form is everything!

I have just worked out all my golf bets from last year and even with all the disastrous PLAY OFFS !! (J T POSTON being of same proportion as Midlands Grand National!!) I still won over twelve hundred quid on the year which is :good: :good:
And I have had a few bets in the SENTRY

    Im 25/1
    Reed 25/1
    Davis 125/1

    Be Lucky Guys :good: :good:

Oh and I forgot I backed Billy Horschel at 125/1 for the Open as Sky gave me a free bet :good:

Decided generally not to get sucked into betting the bigger-odds chaps this season and stick with my gut – course form above all!

    Tournament of Champions bets-

    Matsuyama 22/1 ew
    Justin Thomas 8/1 ew
    Schauffle 12/1 ew
    Dechambau 12/1 ew
edit, just added Morikawa 11/1 ew and Patrick Reed 25/1 ew

    – Bryson not as good course form as the others, but his driving was looking so much more accurate last year that I just have to back him on a course that should play to his strengths and hes one of the players I’d be confident has been putting lots of hours of practice in over the break.

    REILY OPELKA 14/1 ATP Sydney

Big serving American will love these courts suit big serving players and Australian open a week away. Got a bye then later in maybe Kyrgios but he under the weather and can win here

    ALEXI POPRYIN 33,/1

A young Australian saw last week with KOKKINAKIS that local players perform well. While Dan Evans be tough can cause a shock there. And cause a suprise or two

BOTIC VAN DE ZANDSCAULP 18/1 ATP Adelaide

With MONFILS and KHACHANOV in final last week both be tired for here and this guy unlucky last week to lose to Dimitrov can make up for it this week.

    ARYNA SABALENKA 5/1 WTA SYDNEY

Her draw ideal here Riske with Kudermetova only dangers may come on for last week bad result. If she does should win it easy

    CORI GAUFF 9/1

Last week play well could of beat Ash barty who went on to win the tournament. She is ready for a big year can start here for her

    ANETT KONTAVEIT 9/1 WTA ADELAIDE

Finish the year off strong not stop winning tournaments and while Barty in her draw she good enough to tame her. Got Jabeur but be to strong for her

    SOFIA KENIN 35/1

Has won in Australia so loves playing in this country and can be at a decent price go far this week

    My bets for Sony open

    WEBB SIMPSON 18/1

Been close here before and this track is like Wyndham and Heritage 2 courses do well at. A short track been 4th here to

    COREY CONNERS 30/1

Has play well here before 3rd on debut not done better then that but cab change that this week.

    SI WOO KIM 70/1

He did ok in tournament of champions but this track more suits him winner at the Wyndham and loss a playoff in Heritage open ideal for him

    CAMERON YOUNG 200/1

Close to winning Sandersons farms championship a shot behind Sam Burns. Rust may be a issue but should not be under estimated

    NICK HARDY 200/1.

Was 14th here on debut last year which was very good performance by him. And he a young player who got a big future improve again

    Bets for Australian open

    MAVERICK ANTCLIFF 28/1

Has form on European tour while he not won there yet this a drop in grade for him. And can land a title in Australia

    ELVIS SMYLIE 35/1

Only 19 he is bit one of the brightest prospects in Golf. His caddie is Mike Clayton
He the man who designed this course. So got a great advantage there and can win here

    JORDAN ZUNIC 45/1 Boosted price

Loss a playoff to Cameron Smith in this event few years ago. But improve since then. Has won in Queensland before a bold bid 8s coming

    Good luck everyone this week

    Ben any bets in Australia
