Always like an Antepost in this, but with my initial bet on Coko Beach voided, nothing as yet.
Coko is a crazy price right now at 20’s, while the 8’s on Galvin also very fair
Can’t bet Coko just now, as if he wins today, his price will go, but conversely his mark will go up
The interesting ones today for me for March are Fakir D’Oudairies and especially The Goffer. If either was priced up just now, I’d probably bet them.
It’s particularly annoying that The Goffer isn’t priced up, so bet him today just in case, but in all reality, expecting a quiet trot round
Edit
Added Coko Beach and The Goffer.
Had a decent swing at the 33’s for The Goffer, and I love that 20’s for Coko (added 25’s after Thyestes)
Coko Beach 25’s
The Goffer 33’s EWFinal Decs
Really pleased to see Sean Bowen booked for The Goffer, and I’m very hopeful.
Desperate to add my old pal Galvin, but really can’t at the odds. I’m looking more at Escaria Ten and Roi Mage for the six places, and at this time, more likely to be Roi Mage
Roi Mage added on day
March 11, 2025 at 10:22 #1722557Galvin 4-1 win and Chemical Energy 25-1 ew
March 11, 2025 at 20:29 #1722862Chemical Energy 18s win only
March 11, 2025 at 20:30 #1722863Hopefully this is Galvin’s day in the sun
March 11, 2025 at 23:10 #1722901I seem to have similar views to VtC as I also like The Goffer with Sean Bowen a bonus.
March 12, 2025 at 00:50 #1722915You have to have a token bet on Galvin though. Enough for a bag of schmackos anyway.
Come on.
I know he’s no price but it would be like me not backing Grangeclare West or something if you didn’t.
If you don’t, I will.
In a double with Samui.EDIT- I just did. 176-1, not too shabby.
March 12, 2025 at 01:01 #1722916Stumptown 11/4 – You have to like the way he teased the oppo last time.
Iwilldoit 28/1 – No disgrace just a few lengths behind Mr. Vango and Val’s Dancer last couple. Wants softer ideally but first go here, who bloody nose.
March 12, 2025 at 01:05 #1722919Grass, I’m in. I’m out drinking tomorrow, would be a long night if I missed that one. He’ll get two bags of Schmackos if it comes in
March 12, 2025 at 09:47 #1722964He’s clearly not very genuine, but Chemical Energy was running on best of all behind Vanillier last time and he’s finally getting his ground. He’s a big enough price for some each way fun.
March 12, 2025 at 10:15 #1722970I’ve had a word with myself about this but I just can’t get away from Mister Coffey. 15/2 win only. Today is finally his day…
March 12, 2025 at 10:56 #1722987Venture, you just have to bet Galvin. I have myself 4-1 + I’ve also decided to bet Gevrey ew 6 pls
March 12, 2025 at 11:04 #1722993Galvin ew 6 places & Stumptown free bet
March 12, 2025 at 11:47 #1723015I think this could go to Mister Coffey now this is a handicap. Still to win over fences but today could be the day. Also Iwilldoit should run well despite preferring softer ground
March 12, 2025 at 13:07 #1723037Haven’t got involved with the X-Country, but if Galvin is in the first four he’ll be shorter than 40/1 for the Grand National.
Value Is EverythingMarch 12, 2025 at 13:53 #1723060Mister Coffey has run two very solid races over this course on his last two outings and did nothing wrong in running Stumptown close last time. A very decent horse to have running off 10-10 here.
March 12, 2025 at 14:31 #1723087I’m sticking with Galvin , he’s the class act and deserves to win , added The Goffer each way to , can see Bobbys view and he will love being back on some decent ground
March 12, 2025 at 15:07 #1723105I’m on
Stumptown 7/2
Vanillier w/o fav 6/1
Mr Coffey w/o fav at 11/2 and to finish 2nd at 6/1 lol - AuthorPosts
