I thought I’d run a little experiment on tonights Champions League clash between Man City and Monaco. I’ve backed the following on Betfair:

My next step is to back under 1.5 goals. 35 @ 5.3 to cover my dutching stake.

Now there are obvious worries if Monaco get an early goal or score 2 with little time left but I’ll monitor my position and act accordingly. Hopefully this goes well and its the first of many successful dutches.

Just realised I left out one of the most probable results of the game.

One trade I like to do is laying the draw on a game where goals look likely and greening up after the first goal.
With this you want no major underdog as if they score first the draw odds get lower not bigger

Well that didn’t go to plan at all. What a game of football with two horrible back lines. More in play action is required to be profitable , Monaco were a big lay at 3-3 with that defence.
