May 25, 2025 at 15:51 #1731268Might as well post “Get in!” now.
May 25, 2025 at 15:54 #1731271Shes Perfect 12/1
continues to be underrated
Is the French horse turning up? as 9/2 would appealCharles Darwin to conquer the World
May 25, 2025 at 16:12 #1731274Zarigana runs in this Nathan according to her trainer a couple of days ago. Godolphin horse goes for the Oaks

May 27, 2025 at 22:49 #1731372She’s Perfect could go back to France instead of here which would be a shame. Good luck to her wherever she goes

June 4, 2025 at 16:45 #1731912Zarigana was my big fancy for this, but I missed the better prices. I’ll take her on the day now that she’s 7-2.
I’ll just wait now until she’s confirmed
June 7, 2025 at 12:29 #1732337Zarigana for me also, I think that she looks perfect for this. I’ve had an early bet at 7-2
June 9, 2025 at 12:19 #1732625Lake Victoria ruled out of Royal Ascot won’t be seen again until late summer/autumn.
The more I know the less I understand.
June 9, 2025 at 14:53 #1732643She’s Perfect I would skip the French Oaks and come here
June 9, 2025 at 15:04 #1732645Let’s hope Mike had time to cash out.
June 9, 2025 at 19:53 #1732669That’s no offers, CAS.
June 10, 2025 at 02:46 #1732689Apparently the LV plan is one run before the Matron Stakes which is in September.

I struggle to understand the reasoning behind this softly softly approach with her (unless there is some little niggle she has picked up) when as a two year old they run her in the G1 7F Moyglare and 13 days later backed her up in the G1 6F Cheveley Park and she seemed to get better the more they raced her. I do worry that when (or maybe even if) she does comes back off her long break she will likely again be undercooked and possibly get turned over at long odds on and then ends up disppointing with the Irish 1000g being her only highlight.
I do find Aidan’s use of the potentially good Frankel offspring rather odd, many tend to end up being fasttracked into the glorified pacemaker duties and some, Bedtime Story for instance (who looked like a monster after Royal Ascot last year) sees to end up getting diminishing returns from them the longer they stay in training.
They missed out on having Frankel during his racing days by a quirk of fate (they alternated yearly with Juddmonte in having first pick of the top foal) and maybe they really don’t want him siring they best horses, considering how hard they are pushing Justify and also bringing Wootton Bassett into the Coolmore fold too.
Probably reading far too much into it but it has always struck me as a bit odd.

Most likely a setback.

Yep, nothing between her and the French horse.
I’m not sure she will be as effective over the longer trip but connections must have an idea of that
I wonder if they want the French race as a revenge missionCharles Darwin to conquer the World
