Afraid I’m a busy bee right now so can’t do a write up but Long House Hall 14/1 can hose up
March 16, 2016 at 08:57 #1237919Good luck Ben.
I’ve got a decent sized Ante-Post bet on Theinval at 65’s to 75’s, and also a fair Each Way bet on Rock The Kasbah at 20’s. Both of them are fair fancies, though in a race like this you can only hope for a run for your money.
Theinval was a big winner for me at Aintree last year, and the drying conditions will be perfect for him. He looks overpriced at 40’s. Rock The Kasbah is a proper battler, and I think he’ll be kicking around high level races for the next few seasons. Very happy to have got 20’s on him.
I’ll definitely have more on my side, though just a case of picking them out the huge field, which is obviously dead easy. I’ve came up with Call The Cops, Avant Tout, Sgt Reckless, The Romford Pele, & Beast Of Burden.
Call The Cops looks place material off his lofty mark, but he’s got Festival Form, and that counts for a lot. 33’s with 5 places seems fair. Beast of Burden requires a bit of faith, but there’s an engine there, the trainer normally has a winner here, and there’s no fences to get in his way, and I’ll go with these 2 as backup for my Ante-Post plays.
March 16, 2016 at 09:52 #1237933Long House Haul is my only strong fancy today at Cheltenham. He’s now got his ground and absolutely bolted up over 2m4f on the new course in April of last year. Politologue can chase him home with Brother Tedd booked for the tricast spot!
March 16, 2016 at 09:55 #1237934Beast of Burden broke a blood vessel last year when carrying my money so I may have to back him again today. Call the Cops is on my ‘horses who ran well last year’ list so I’ve backed him already.
March 16, 2016 at 10:50 #1237944My four against the field are
DIAMOND KING
BROTHER TEDD
WAXIES DARGLE
HUNTERS HOOFGood Luck Guys and we need it in this race
March 16, 2016 at 11:22 #1237957The two I like for the coral cup is the first one is Arbre De Vie Off a mark off 150 and with David mullins taking 3lb off.Ran a blinder in the Albert Bartlett finishing 4th.Still only a 6 year old feel the horse could still be improving.Always stays on strongly and a fast run Coral cup over 2 and half miles up the hill is exactly what this horse is after IMO
The 2nd horse is Baoulet delaroque a paul nicholls trained 5yo.Reasons why think the horse is fast improving won a nice handicap last time off 131 up 9lb today. But feel the horse saves a bit for himself and the way he stayed on last time will stand him in good stead over further in a strong pace in a coral cup.In a open looking handicap I’ll take them 2 against the field.
