TDK, come on, this is alice in wonderland thread,
I along with other bookies regularly pay trainers to pull horses out of 16 runner hcp’s,
hope one of them never sells his story to N.O.W. for thousands.
May 7, 2008 at 19:14 #162178Don’t you know the Big Three have editorial control of the News Of the World, Barry
May 7, 2008 at 19:21 #162179There is no doubt[/color:3fmu7zve] that they have
May 7, 2008 at 19:22 #162180Aren’t you two supposed to be sometime drinking buddies?
Going dutch from now on then
TDK can’t remember the drink we had or what was said that night sadly.
May 7, 2008 at 19:23 #162181No they haven’t.
Once again:
There is No Doubt[/color:1oeoihre] that they have
May 7, 2008 at 19:27 #162182I can see the headlines now Glenn…
"Owner has bet he was fully entitled to have under the rules of racing" EXCLUSIVE.
May 7, 2008 at 19:38 #162184I didn’t ask whether it was within the rules of racing, I asked if your firm had any quid pro quo relationships with connections to which you lied.
Can you tell me how any winning forum members can get 10k on with your firm at opening show? Can ordinary punters not betting against their own horse do it? There is no doubt that they can’t. It’s a special service just to connections is it not, in return for information? A quid pro quo relationship.
Is it a coincidence that whenever I have seen a max instant stake over 50k with your firm it has been on a horse owned by someone with such a quid pro quo relationship……that went on to lose?
I’ve never seen such stakes about horses that you claim you’re taking on on form.
May 7, 2008 at 19:47 #162186Now you really are making stuff up….
I’m not going to humour your fantasy world posts any longer, but as I said on another thread – it won’t be long until someone lands themselves in hot water over a post on a forum. That isn’t in any way a threat – just an observation.
May 7, 2008 at 19:52 #162188Not making stuff up. I can PM you with the details if you like. Maybe you can then check your firms logs to verify what I’m saying is 100% correct and provide an explanation about why your firm were so ‘brave’.
I think that’s a fair offer.
May 7, 2008 at 19:55 #162189I know for a fact that you aren’t 100% correct – so you can save your PMs. Anyway – I’m done with you and done with this forum.
You can spread your lies to anyone else who can be bothered to listen.
May 7, 2008 at 20:00 #162191One final thing to clear up. I haven’t made any accusations about brown envelopes in 16 runner handicaps for many years now. I’d seen reports up to a few years ago suggesting that non-runners were significantly more likely in 16 runner handicaps. However, since I’ve started analysing this with my own data, controlling for draw courses and such like, I haven’t found such a relationship to exist outside of 16 runner handicaps with very short priced favourites (there could be multiple explanations why non-runners are more likely here).
The search facility on this forum goes back a long way. You won’t find me making any such accusations in it.
Anyone bringing up the subject of brown envelopes in my posts about the BHA implementing the Modernisation of Racing via the back door is, I suggest, trying to change the subject and destroy a straw man.
May 7, 2008 at 20:15 #162197Anyway – I’m done with you and done with this forum.
.Holy Smokes, there seems to be some serious underlying animosity on this thread. Is it really worth finishing with the forum over TDK?
May 7, 2008 at 20:47 #162202In fairness to TDK, you did say one time Glenn that certain jockeys could be seen hanging onto the sides of the starting stalls in order to deliberately miss the break .. which I thought was taking it a bit too far. When in fact, he (they) were probably just sending a text message.
