Yeah, and another one lying when confonted with the accusations.

    https://www.racingpost.com/news/latest/star-apprentice-jockey-benoit-de-la-sayette-notified-of-positive-cocaine-test/485470

He is very young man and mistakes can be made at any age, especially when you consider a jockey’s entourage. But, there is no use trying to deny the accusations. It just makes you look like an idiot and the public already knows more than you might think.
I hope there will be no excuses like in Oisin’s case and the imposed ban will be served. Hopefully trainer and owners will still support him afterwards.

By the way Man from Wexford, how do you know its Columbiam Powder?

Silly assumption on my behalf ruby, it could of course be Bolivian or Peruvian marching powder.

From the report in the RP the hair test was only carried out following the video released last month.

Talented young claiming jockey who has already done me as a punter a few good turns.

I hope he puts this behind him.

Gosden must have arranged the Stowell debacle at Lingfield to take the heat off the cocaine debacle

Taking his lead from that lying snake Dettori. Even in his autobiography.

Young Mr. Wexford – whats the crack with this “Stowell debacle”? I’ve relapsed drinking and been under a rock for a few days. Thanks in advance.

He doesn’t need any help imo, he will just grow up hopefully. Its coke, not crack or heroine.

    Delighted to be called young.

Watch the 2nd race at Lingfield and you’ll know all about it.

Thank you young sir. Ah yes – it appears the stable did not want the Godolphin colt to be beaten. Lovely stuff.

If they drug tested every jockey today and banned all who failed then double figure fields in racing would be confined to history.

So does Newmarket have a drug problem, bigger than society in general, as Matt Chapman said this morning?

Gosdens comments were, for once, interesting. Talked about young people needing a buzz, and cocaine not having the calories and carbohydrates of getting pissed. I can well imagine Chapman is correct for this reason.

Hope Benoit gets any help needed. Not only a promising young jockey, imo is a Champion Jockey in the making.
