Huge fan of Corach Rambler. Think he’s got a big season ahead of him, and can see him cutting it outwith handicaps. Ahoy Senor wasn’t good to go in this though last season, and I wonder if similar story awaits here, for all I reckon he’s miles ahead of these.
The one I’ll definitely bet is Beauport. Think he’s going to be a feature in the bigger handicaps over the next couple of years, and hopefully he’ll be a decent price. Tend not to get an Antepost market for this, so it’ll probably be one for after Final Decs
Beauport

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"October 28, 2022 at 15:11 #1620629Bear Ghylls for me, and I’m hoping that’s he’s a good price with Corach Rambler in there
October 28, 2022 at 16:18 #1620645Hills are the only ones to have priced it up thus far and have The Bear @3s. The vibes from the Martin stable are pretty positive.
October 28, 2022 at 16:28 #1620646Corach Rambler at 7-2, though I do agree with the support for Bear Ghylls. Nice race this
October 28, 2022 at 22:07 #1620676Corach Rambler is my choice too, and I’m pleasantly surprised with the opening price
October 28, 2022 at 22:18 #1620682I think 2m4f in a small field might be a recipe for an inadequate test of stamina for Corach Rambler.
To a lesser extent, I’d have slight concerns on that front with Beauport too.
Millers Bank isn’t the most reliable, but he is more experienced over fences than some here and his Aintree form if reproduced looks good enough to win this to me.
Bear Ghylls is very interesting, but that’s a big old lay-off to overcome on his chasing debut in what isn’t actually a novice chase.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"October 28, 2022 at 22:22 #1620684I imagine this is a prep run for corach rambler
a jog round to get him primed for a 3m+ handicap
Bear ghylls is interesting but he’s a bit of a lunatic so best watched on chasing debut
He surely has by far the most raw ability of these
October 30, 2022 at 10:27 #1620963Can’t believe that two horses having their first run over fences head the market here. It’s probably just a pipe opener for everyone, but even so they shouldn’t be ahead of horses who have proven that they can jump.
October 30, 2022 at 10:48 #1620974Maybe there’s not much to do in the Carlisle area on a Sunday, but this contest has never been excited as much as it does some.
I’d just echo Gladders and reiterate what I posted earlier – it’s not a Novices’ Chase and it contains runners who aren’t novices.

October 30, 2022 at 11:30 #1620996While 2 4 will prob be to short for rambler the Carlisle Hill with make it feel longer , saying that after ahor yesterday id be surprised if he didn’t need the run , Bear could be a proper chaser but to short to play after such a layoff , Millers bank is back out quickly after last week’s blunder , if none the worse he,s got form over Minella drama and his Aintree win is prob the best chase form here
Millers bank
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
October 30, 2022 at 11:50 #1620999Bear ghylls and beauport are getting lumps of weight off minella drama, corach rambler and miller’s bank
Which is likely why the market favours them
October 30, 2022 at 13:14 #1621019Secret Reprieve running in the (often underrated) Cumberland Handicap Chase (always proves a better contest than a Class 3 imho) is interesting. They need to get its handicap mark up, for sure, to avoid being balloted out of the Grand National yet again!

Perennially underrated by me – I look forward to having my eyes opened this afternoon.
