I see Alan King has talked this horse up and he has seemingly been supported. Personally I would be wary – certainly long-term – as for me the two main characteristics of Bob’s Return’s progeny are a tendancy to appreciate soft ground and more importantly distinctly moderate ability. National Hunt racing will throw up one-offs but I would prefer to wait and see if this is one of them.
