Sorry if this is in the wrong place, Im recently new here and I though I would post up a tip for today.

    4.30 Cheltenham

MAIN SELECTION[/color:u36yg2bl] – Regal Approach (NAP)
    EACH-WAY SELECTION[/color:u36yg2bl] – Bally Sands

This should be a great race to watch at Cheltenham it’s a Novices Handicap Hurdle with 20 runners all competing for a prize of £5,323, Regal Approach from the Kim Bailey yard, has experience over this distance has had four races over 3m only managed to place in one which was last time out at Newbury in a class 4 traveled strongly through-out the race and beaten by a distance of 3.5 lengths to Master Eddy ran off a mark of 112 and had a SP of 6/1 on the day, although this is a tougher task today being a class 3 the horse has ran in seven class 3 races so has had experience at this level, this horse as a top speed rating of 116 being the highest in the field so has a slight advantage over the field in speed-wise, the horse don’t seem to mind good ground so should suit, Sean Quinlan has been the jockey on this horse only once which was last time out at Newbury as I mentioned earlier the horse travelled very well and settled for a place, Sean Quinlan shouldn’t have any problems when travelling on board if it races like last time out overall should give the horse a decent run and keep in touch through-out the race, since Kim Bailey took over from Edward Hales she has seemed to train this horse very well im not saying Edward Hales didn’t im just saying that Kim has done a decent job so far getting six solid places but no wins as yet out of 11 races so far but today I think this horse should be capable of getting it’s first win today at Cheltenham the horse seems to travel strongly in it’s races and after that recent place at Newbury hopefully it can go off well at a mark of 115 which is the highest rating it’s raced off as yet so hopefully can pull off something special today.Bally Sands 6yo horse from the Robin Mathew yard cost £12,000, this horse has shown some previous form which show’s signs of potential for this race today, last time out the horse ran a decent race at Newbury off a mark of 115 over 21f which is 3 furlons shorter than today’s distance anyway the horse came 4th out of 10 horses in a class 3 on good/soft ground beaten by a distance of 9.5 lengths to Maraafeq, the horse has also ran in tougher tasks than the one today including two class 1 races more notably a race at Cheltenham where the horse ran an average race over the same distance today 3 miles came 10th out of 17 horses beaten by a distance of 67.75 lengths to Weapon’s Amnesty but you will have to remember this was in a much tougher contest in a class 1, a good thing is that this horse has had a bit of experience of the track at Cheltenham so will know the ground here reasonably well here, the horse has ran five times over this distance managed to place 3 times so in my opinion is a decent record over this distance so far so will be in for a solid placing chance shouldn’t mind good ground, Warren Marston has been the horses jockey three times through-out it’s jumping career and Warren gave this horse a decent run last time out at Newbury as I mentioned the race earlier so will be running off the same mark as last time out 115 also this horse has a top speed of 111 which is joint 2nd in the table so has shown plenty of speed when racing and Warren will be wanting the best out of the horse today and should give the horse a decent run through-out the race.

Very detailed analysis there! Doesn’t it alarm you that Regal Approach is yet to win? Has some creditable place efforts in some decent handicaps, so perhaps more of an ew bet for me. Great card though, the VPU race is one to savour!

Bally Sands didn’t show too much and unplaced but Regal Approach ran a promising race to get 3rd just couldn’t get 1st :(
