    Matt Chapman just said Chelmsford has applied for a turf track and has been given permission for it

    So where’s the grandstand going to go? Still on the inside of the track? Crazy place for it. :wacko:

    I would bet Chelmsford might review this if Newmarket gets an All Weather track.

    Surely the grandstand will be moved to the outside of the track or are Chelmsford not bothered at all about people watching there £100,000 meetings?
