Didtheyleaveuoutto has drifted markedly with the going but on the bright side at least Barry G has jumped ship…..

Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
March 13, 2018 at 00:13 #1346080CAREFULLY SELECTED is the one I fell on.
Won nicely at Leopardstown over Christmas over two and a half and backed it at 16/1 and 14/1 and it turns out Ruby rides.
I think it will be staying on when a lot of others will have cried enough in this ground
March 13, 2018 at 23:00 #1346327I’ll back Blackbow & Acey Milan in what’s almost my favourite race of the week.
They are the best of the Irish & British respectively on form, on the clock & the more subjective word of mouth validation
I’d love for Honeyball to have a winner. This lad is potentially another cue card (4 yr old winning the bumper )
March 14, 2018 at 00:00 #1346335Anyone able to tell me why Crooks Park is the price he is? Think he might be overpriced, for all its the bumper, so guesswork

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!March 14, 2018 at 00:30 #1346340Another Acey Milan fan here. I was mightily impressed with what I saw at Newbury and this lad can’t go unbacked. Blackbow unfortunately though does look the one to beat and I for one felt he was value for more than what he showed last time out after just idling after being on his own for long enough. At the prices Know The Score is the one I most like. He won very well at Towcester when ploughing up that hill and cost plenty enough himself.
Blackbow 5/1
Acey Milan 7/1
Know The Score 25/1March 14, 2018 at 12:18 #1346439I don’t do bumpers other than the Festival.
Didtheyleaveuoutto floated round Lingfield in dismantling his field and then came there cruising at Ascot before being nudged along to win back on the snaff close home.
I felt he was short at 7/1 but while the drift is a bit of a concern, I felt 16/1 with PaddyPower was worth a small interest as a value alternative to the Mullins Millions.
SkyBet have five places and 12/1 for Didtheyleaveuoutto if each-way players like that idea. A bit scandalous of firms going 3 places only in this minefield.
Didtheyleaveuoutto 16/1 for an interest.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
March 14, 2018 at 12:25 #1346440He looked total class act in those two races Steve
The going is the worry for him and if he doesn’t run well could be worth taking a note of what sort of price he is for next years Supreme.Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
March 14, 2018 at 12:29 #1346443Took the 16’s myself, and I’d agree Nath, looks one for hurdles next year for sure.
Happy to have him here along with Seddon.
March 14, 2018 at 17:37 #1346518The Fayonagh route again……. Well done Katie, but a JOKE of a start!
March 14, 2018 at 17:58 #1346524Must have missed it myself, what was wrong with the start?
March 14, 2018 at 18:25 #1346529im guessing he talking about runner up having 10 legth head start
License to kill the bookies
March 14, 2018 at 18:32 #1346531Last minute money on the winner; somebody knew something…
March 14, 2018 at 19:00 #1346537Didtheyleaveuoutto travelled quite well but he was pulled out very wide to challenge and his run petered out quickly.
Very few really showed with a chance and Carefully Selected nearly nicked it. He was one of the few I had actually watched live, when nursing a hangover one Sunday.
Apart from the winner and Rhinestone disappointing somewhat, the race saw the main prominent runners in the betting running well.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
March 14, 2018 at 19:44 #1346541Moehat the idea that “somebody knew something” might apply to a bumper at Perth in July, or kilbeggan in august, but it doesn’t apply to the bumper in Cheltenham. The horse wasn’t backed in comparison to the ones at the front of the market
March 14, 2018 at 19:47 #1346542What a remarkable result for Mullins. To train the first, second and third home in any race is very very difficult let alone one at the Cheltenham festival. And not only that, his other two runners finished 5th and 7th. To have all 5 of his runners in the top 7 is just brilliant. And all this without one of his best ones – hollowgraphic.
March 14, 2018 at 20:15 #1346550What we do we make of the performance of the winner?
She was stone last at the top of the hill. Were all the others stopping up the hill or did Relegate fly home with a great burst of speed?
March 14, 2018 at 22:44 #1346588Very nice horse i’d say. That looked a strong bumper to my eye, a lot of nice types this year.
