Sorry no time for a write up as off to the doctors (2pm appointment, so let’s hope I get back in time for the races and most of the Engerland game!)

But it’s Taurean Star for me 22/1

    Good luck today folks!

A cracking, nigh impossible, race but I think that Johnny Murtatagh’s PACODALI is very
decent value at 40/1. I particularly like his decent run behind Awtaad where he was a running
on 4th, beaten about 3 lengths. George Baker is a decent jockey in my book and I think they can
    pull this off.

Of the others, OH THIS IS US has done nothing but improve every race, he has gone up a fair
bit as a result, but I think there is more to come. 22/1 looks too big.

Nice pick there definitely value at 40/1! Jockey always incredibly important in these handicaps, you either want a solid 5lbs or 7lbs claimer or a Dettori/Moore/Buick/Smullen if not then a Kirby/Baker/De Sousa/Spencer, I very rarely back any other jockeys in these big fields. The likes of George Baker have done me a few good touches in these in the past that level mature head counts for a lot
