Agree with Botchy. In am era when 5, 6 or sometimes even more places are common, why are there only 4 places on offer here? Too many unexposed horses, perhaps?
This is based on no evidence, but it feels like the Britannia is the kind of handicap where those at the top of the market are more likely to run well often due to them being more unexposed, Carracci 18/1 stands out as value amongst those types.
