This is based on no evidence, but it feels like the Britannia is the kind of handicap where those at the top of the market are more likely to run well often due to them being more unexposed, Carracci 18/1 stands out as value amongst those types.
Fort Vega ew for me, he had some fancy entries and the stable punches above its weight.
