You surely mean: http://www.police.uk/
July 4, 2011 at 15:52 #363568Quite an intriguing little race in the end. When I was pricing this in the morning there was quite an obvious lack of pace in the race. With the visor on Cheylesmore has taken the bull by the horns and made full use of the lead against what was mostly a hold up field.
To be fair though it’s been out the back on recent starts it’s not as if the stable went for this runner, opened 13/2 and went off 8/1. More surprising was the wave of money once again for Ivory Lace who is becoming my favourite Bismarck!
Without doubt Mandhooma will win again at Brighton but won’t allow for much room to move at the price again I’m sure.

Can you imagine if all the can’t-win/won’t-win/non-triers were taken out of racing for one day.
July 4, 2011 at 16:12 #363571Can you imagine this forum is all the pessimists were taken out for just one day!

Pessimist?? You mean realist.
Call me what you like but you will NEVER broaden the popularity of the Flat. It is too hard to win anything worthwhile; bingo and roulette start to look attractive after a while. I can’t understand why this simple fact never appears in any journalism or the racing for change guff. They will never make losing popular, and 80 per cent of racing is about losing.
July 4, 2011 at 17:50 #363577Errr, don’t bet on it then!

Tell me then, Rob, what is the attraction of losing money most of the time?
July 4, 2011 at 21:25 #363595No idea!
Your original post asked someone to stop you betting on ‘this rubbish’, your words not mine.
I tried!
Rob
