Imperial Hint in the next, and then Cliffs of Moher in the Turf.

Quality from Buick there on Wuheida but what a run from Rhododendron – she probably proved there she was the best filly in that race.

Good to see the home team smash it out of the park.

That was an odd way of finish riding from Luis Saez. Had the first three, but Sassy Little Lila had to be in between. Darn. 4 horses in the race on the ticket.

At least Ryan and O’Brien saved my future spending on the races for today 🙂
Rest of my bets are mentioned in the competetion for today. Declerationofpeace was a needed extra punt.

We certainly owe Ryan a “cold one” after that, what a ride he gave him  . Backed that horse a few times this year and very satisfying to see him win in that manner. Could be a real good sprinter that fellow next year.

Definetly, we are backing winners, never mind if O’Brien trains most of them ;-)

    Best Wishes

Rhododendron was absolutely the best horse in that race. That Enable form just gets better and better!

That Wuheida is a lovely looking horse, should progress next year as well
Well done Moehat with Bar of Gold earlier.
You can treat yourself to a Newcastle scarf to go along with the hat with your winnings.

Another crap ride from a jockey. No need to go that hard that early.

Peter miller is my new favourite person. I chose to leave the race alone though, shame.

It’s long odds on the horse was not named after England’s greatest Football Manager

I wouldn’t take those odds, apparently he dedicated the victory to all of the eagles, the lions, liver birds and Richard Osman.

    I’d .

In the mile I was also happy to see Roly Poly drawn out with the washing as I’m a big believer that World Approval will win that. Ribchester is probably the only other horse capable of taking this out but he’s been on the go since March and had a very hard slog 2 weeks ago at Ascot. 3/1 World Approval with William Hill is good enough for me.

    Just a few thoughts there.

Never really in doubt was it? He won that well. :-)

Surely WUHEIDA is not to be missed this week, back on her favoured fast ground?

I can understand why Ribchester went as his stud value was never going to be effected no matter where he finished but I never thought he was a horse to send to a course like Del Mar. No doubt about it he was the best horse in that race but it wasn’t the place to prove it.

Well done Judge with Wuheida. I saw her as the main danger to Lady Eli after Rhododendron got drawn in the car park and it was nice to see Buick’s reaction.

Just watching these races tonight and can’t help thinking: are the best horses really winning? It’s a bit of a lottery isn’t it….?
