The fact that lake has a choice whether to post on here is the real shocker. He should obviously have been banned long before now. You cannot have a maniac running loose on a forum, there must be certain rules or the forum will die.
It’s not just the person that is being baited that is affected. Others will wonder what the hell is going on at head office for it to be allowed. The fact that this lunatic still roams free just shows how badly run this place is.
I do not agree with a lifetime ban,
only as a last resort. Undisputedly
Matthew deserved one as he was new
and continuing as before.
Mr Ricky Lake is a long standing
member of this board and previous to
these recent activities was well
respected and a particularly fine
contributor. For his length of stay
and previous good work he demands
special treatment. He should be given
an opportunity to apologise to you,
now made harder by your last statements,
and he should just get on with it and
give you and others the freedom to post.
Every case has to be looked at uniquely.
That has not happened and so consequently
have the current dilemma we are in.Timed bans are much more humane, 3, 6,
12 months but possibly not appropriate
in his case. I have been trying to help
him – but I have failedI never mentioned a life ban, did I? Once again you are slow to understand.
