Jonabike, give me proof of drugs in Australian sport and I’ll send you 50 quid. Speculation and hearsay don’t count. And dumping on Australia as a drug riddled sporting nation is offensive to say the least. Aussie bashing. That’s all it is. And you seem of the opinion that whatever the media writes is truth. Heard that a few times ol’ chap.
February 18, 2013 at 12:41 #429948Jonnibake is a well known troll, Slewman.
Don’t waste your breath or you’ll be here till christmas still arguing the same point.
February 18, 2013 at 12:44 #429949Thanks MoleHorse for the heads up. Much appreciated.

Ok one last post!
Slewman – It is not the media old chap but your own ministers.
This is from the Australian Crime Commission NOT the media
The title of their report was “New generation performance and image enhancing drugs (PIED) and organised criminal involvement in their use in professional sport.” According to the ACC, professional players are taking a new generation of performance enhancing drugs and organised crime are supplying it. This unholy relationship opens the possibility of criminals coercing players into match fixing.
I’ll PM you my bank details.
Read my hundreds of posts on this site and tell me if I am indeed a Troll.
Mole Horse – nice try!!!
JollyP – showing your class again.
"this perfect mix of poetry and destruction, this glory of rhythm, power and majesty: the undisputed champion of the world!!!"
February 18, 2013 at 13:26 #429957You call someone a f##kwit and question their lack of class
February 18, 2013 at 14:07 #429961Jonibake, this is not a political forum. If you want to talk racing, let’s talk racing but please stop the conspiracy crap with politcians et al and using it as a tool. This is about a great horse, let’s leave at at that.
February 18, 2013 at 14:12 #429963So I’m suppose to give you 50 quid on that lame paragraph. Give me more evidence son.

It does seem stupid for two Australians to dismiss potentially a big scandal, when their Crime Commission is so concerned. Presumably the Australian Crime Commission has at least done a bit more investigating than two "ordinary" Aussies.
If ordinary Australians don’t believe their own Crime Commission, then these sportsmen must believe they can get away with anything and everything.

So cheating is not good enough anymore, now you have to look good doing it.
February 19, 2013 at 02:12 #430028These are the same fools who, in their report, claimed that $40 million was bet on an A-League game from Asia. They were red faced last week when it was found that they had forgot to convert from HKD to AUD so the $40 million became around $5 million. The country is run by idiots.
The Black Flash on the other hand is something to behold. Best horse I’ve seen in the flesh. I can remember the day that Special set the record in the 88 Lightning, there was a huge tailwiind, probably wouldn’t be legal if it was the Olympics. To break that record was amazing, pulling up at the end too. Great stuff.

Well i’ll be *****,fancy that organised crime involved with match fixing and drugs The point is being missed GT, they will most likely catch someone doing some wrong over here but it is light on evidence and big on innuendo. The crime commission was set up by the government.Fancy that as well ‘professional players taking a new generation of performance enhancing drugs’ You would have thought they would of stuck to the old drugs that everyone tests for Idiots! ‘The darkest day in sport’ is what this is all about, and they have told us some players may use drugs and criminals may be selling them ffs, Sherlock Holmes deducement there!!! As always Australia rates about 10 places higher than the UK in the yearly ,Corruption Perception Index’, for memory we are about 7th in the world and you would be around 17th to 19th.New Zealand is first because i think most of their crims are over here thus affecting both countries scores

I can see players clamoring for the new drug that gives them the Derek Zoolander ‘Blue Steel’ look!
