Evidently broke a leg approaching 5 out in the 4.10 at Galway last evening. RIP, Bingo Lady.

Also any news on Campbonnais? RP said he was pulled up quickly, but nothing further.

RIP Bingo Lady. A really nasty mistake which she paid the ultimate price for.

She was going really well, almost leading, when she appeared to catch her foot in the top of the jump. Whether she took off too soon or put down on it, hard to say, but she twisted in the air and unseated her jockey. Did not actually fall on landing, but the damage, sadly, was done, and was horribly obvious. :(

Looking at the replay this morning, it looked like the leg went a stride or two before she reached the jump. Certainly had a major mis-stride just before she got there. Couldn’t really stop herself going over the hurdle as she was too close. Really horrible situation for all concerned and condolences to everyone involved with her.
