Indeed the kiddies today put us fossils to shame, my 8 yo grandson recorded a TV prog. via our SKY box the other day and I was not even aware it did that

I am waiting on my son to read your instructions before going any further but the trouble is he never has any spare time.

Yeah, my stepson taught me how to copy and paste and other computer things, that’s all you need bill a bit of tutoring and you’ll be well away with it all. I had to laugh at your 8 year old grandson and the Sky plus as that’s what my 6 year old does he also could turn the computer on at 4 years and find his games on it.
