It’s a great photo Aaronizneez!
Surely you’ve told him that this is absolutely standard for Leicester City and he can look forward to a lifetime of multiple Premier League titles with the occasional Champions League success?
Mike
He’s expecting nothing less, the confidence of youth I fear, although he has been telling me since Christmas that Leicester would win the title. I think they’ll do okay again next year and I could also see them reaching the knockout round of the Champions League as their style of football will suit.

August 13, 2016 at 09:36 #1259609Good Luck to the foxes this year

And that article just proves that all the squealing from the bookies was hogwash!! Fantastic for publicity and they spend more than they lost on Leicester on publicity regularly!!
August 13, 2016 at 14:40 #1259687What cost them a bit was making it 5000/1 in the first place. Not one person who backed those odds would have looked at 1000/1 and said ‘that’s no value’ and not placed the bet. Also never heard any mention of the big bets that went down the pan on the favourites. And of course they will have been queuing up all month to punt the no hopers again.
August 14, 2016 at 22:04 #1259809I’m surprised Vtc didn’t do the exacta with Spurs for 2nd.
lol Nathan, missed out on this one. I neglected the exacta in favour of the tricast. I went for a Leicester, Spurs, Villa tricast at the start of the season……so close haha
Bit late in the day, but probably the funniest post i’ve seen all year!
We’ll probably never see those sort of odds for a singular bet ever again. Still boggles the mind.
August 14, 2016 at 22:17 #1259817My brain can’t or refuses to adjust and I still think Spurs came 2nd even although they came 3rd….
