That’s the risk you take when you just stick up a McCain trained favourite and advise the first odds available.
Ladbrokes were the only Bookies quoting prices when the horse was put up and 9/4 was widely available when other firms priced the race up. The money has been for Ballyhollow and Ardnahoe is available at 7/2 now.
If there is a gamble on this good thing, it must be a delayed one. For now, 2/1 is officially the worst price it ever was.
Of course,
if
other bookies had opened at 7/4 and the horse was backed in shorter, it would look like there
was
a plot and that it was a big confident bet. I would be inclined to be less confident when seeing my horse, backed at 2/1, sitting at 7/2. On the bright side, Nathan need only stick 50p on now, because of the bigger price
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.

January 16, 2015 at 18:23 #501659Now for all who lost money on the bet ill give out a big confident bet 2015 by myself for Ascot tommorrow i noted from a race where the follow up form i 5 runs 4 wind including Tea for Three who won the Lanzarote being a 150+ horse now.
Im not sure how any of the horses should beat Out Sam tommorow in Ascot and the 1.66 BOG with bet365 look worth to take fast.
He beat Tea For Two decisively relaxed off the bridle, despite a few errors. I said that this race is a good one and Tea for Two absolutely hacked up in the Lanzarote. The Novice tommorrow is moderate at least i dont see any dangers to a horse of the quality of Out Sam.Out Sam

Ascot, 2m 6f 0y
Benucci 291114 Ran in a hot Novice Hurdle in Newbury. From Henderson yard. That race was with Tea For Two, Thomas Brown and Foryourinformation. Tea for Two beat a 135 rated horse the race before with 2 length. I feel todays Novice was full of good horses and one very good. Out Sam might be a 145 Rated Hurdler in the future. His attitude was top today for a debut. Despite few errors in landing easy off the bridle asked for the necessary. The winning margin doesnt reflect the gap between him and the others.
January 17, 2015 at 12:19 #501782Observer’s horse is a bit skinny so I will row in with Capilla in a god awful race at Taunton.
This won’t take much winning with very little worthwhile form on offer and the presence of lightly raced sorts from the Pipe and Venetia Williams yards gives a price on the Evan Williams trained Capilla, who arguably has the best form in a grim race. Abundantly was third in a hurdle race but was beaten 49 lengths and has been absent for a year, while For N Against switches here from NHF racing and makes his hurdling debut in a hood.
I first saw Capilla quoted at 6/4 for this and wasn’t tempted but 5/2 now looks OK with only a couple of rivals I could see as dangers and they both have questions about them. The Evan Willams team has been in decent form with two winners and a second from their last three runners.
1.40 Taunton Capilla 5/2
No joy and a shade disappointing there
The Williams horse is probably a grade above these, defying the lay-off and a modest first effort. The others look like they are very moderate.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
January 17, 2015 at 16:21 #501841Out Sam does it nicely despite the 10 pounds weight more, indeed a very nice horse that one.
