    Can someone explian to me why in the height of summer, of the 5 meetings today, 3 are all weather.

    Don’t think the BHA give a damn as long as the bookmakers have a glutful of handicaps

    Lingfield was meant to be a turf fixture according to my diary, but not surprising, most of their "turf meetings" turn out to be 4 races on turf and three on the AW.

    ....and you've got to look a long way back for anything else.
