MISTER FISHER 20/1
In recent years been wise to look at the novices and while not the best in yard for Henderson think ANGELS BREATH is but the selection won well at Kempton and every chance he come here for this
January 6, 2019 at 22:49 #1391639Agree on the novice angle Darren.
Still the same early trio that I mentioned before to you…….
Lisp 25’s
Mohaayed 25’s
Western Ryder 33’s..and though not a race where I consider the Irish Challenge too much, I think Espoir D’Allen could land a fair sized pot this term.
Going back to the novices, the one who looks way overpriced, is Didtheyleaveyououtoo. He’d surely be more than half his current 16’s if he went here, and I think he will.
One JP runner who’s obviously a lot less likely to head here is Champ, but off his current mark, I could see him getting a precautionary entry for this. Obviously won nicely here last time, though the big question mark would be the trip.
I’d love to see another Newbury winner, Bright Forecast, get an entry. Very inexperienced, but I’m just a little surprised he hasn’t made the markets.
Happy to leave for now, but if having an early go…..
Didtheyleaveyououtoo 16’s
Lisp 25’sJanuary 7, 2019 at 08:07 #1391654Never backed Didtheyleaveyououtoo last time. I watched it on the PC and checked the betting before the race. He was trading at 12.0
and ran like it as well.Fancy Lisp quite strongly, but i could certainly do without that JP horse running in this.
January 7, 2019 at 08:11 #1391655When actually are the entries in for this VTC?
I would be stunned if Champ is even entered for this now. He’s surely their best hope for the Ballymore after Rathill flopped in the Tolworth. No real need to run him here.
January 7, 2019 at 12:14 #1391665Yeah, MoM, be surprised myself, just thought I could see him get an entry.
Entries should be out this Wednesday.
January 8, 2019 at 20:59 #1391843I am curious about Leoncavallo here. Only had a few runs in the last two years. Moved to Richard Newland a year ago. Won a handicap easily and after that 3rd in the Galway Plate between Sharjah, Bedrock and Le Richebourg. Only had one start over fences after that and hasn´t been seen since.
January 8, 2019 at 22:27 #1391851Lisp appeals at 25s
January 9, 2019 at 00:42 #1391867Delighted to see Keyboard Gangster get an entry. This horse has more to come, and though this might not be his day, I’d be happy to follow him at a price.
Joe, The 25’s for Lisp is mad.
January 9, 2019 at 21:35 #1391976Cut The Mustard at 33/1 is a big price for me, but it can’t be guaranteed that he would travel over there. If there were any positive vibes I would make a move, but I just can’t see it.
January 10, 2019 at 22:45 #1392073Apples Skakira and We Have A Dream are very big prices here at 33-1. I could easily bet both of them, as those prices are more than generous on their best form.
Recent form is less impressive obviously, but I don’t see why they can’t bounce back. I haven’t had a bet yet, but these 2 really stand out to me.
January 17, 2019 at 16:17 #1392743SUSSEX RANGER 33/1
Ok race won last time not all that but trainer knows how to win this race think won it 3times before and if this one gets in with cut in the ground think every chance of going well.
January 23, 2019 at 18:22 #1393362A few taken out at the declaration stage today, including…..
Grand Sancy
Western Ryder
Mohaayed
Global Citizen
BallymoyI’ve not put too much on at this stage, but added Keyboard Gangster today, as I just think he could surprise.
That will definitely do me for now.
Keyboard Gangster 66’s EW
Lisp 25’sJanuary 24, 2019 at 13:07 #1393438We Have A Dream has been disappointing but at 33’s he’s too good to ignore first time in a handicap.
January 31, 2019 at 23:19 #1394472Good luck Jamie, I finally took the 33-1 each way myself.
February 4, 2019 at 13:36 #1395159So far have only backed one !!
LEONCAVALLO at 20/1 could be a huge price as the third behind Sharjah in the Galway Hurdle is the outstanding piece of handicap form on show !!
Another couple I have my eye on are Didtheleaveyououtto and Nordic Combined but will wait to see if they are likely to run or not.
Al Dancer does look the standout but not for me at the price!
February 4, 2019 at 16:18 #1395179We Have A Dream not declared, story of my season. If it wasn’t for Mohaayed I’d already have waved the white flag.
It’ll probably be Leoncavallo or Lisp for me now, but I’ll wait until the final field now.
February 4, 2019 at 17:55 #1395184A good friend of mine was lucky enough to have a very small piece of Getaway Trump bought for him as a Christmas present last year. So I will be keeping my fingers crossed for him in this and again in The Supreme.
Should have a right good shout in both hopefully.
