Agree with you completely DJ. Richard Fahey would be my choice – hearing yesterday that he reached the £1million mark just the other day for the season, I was absolutely amazed. Lovely guy and a great trainer.
For me, Tim Pitt and Patrick Chamings in particular. Elsie’s done pretty well this year too.
From a purely personal point of view though my favourite trainer would have to be Miss K B Boutflower! :biggrin:
In the US J. Larry Jones. Took a gamble this year moving his string during the spring/summer months from Prairie Meadows/Ellis Park to Delaware Park-which is the most perfect location to strike at all the East coast tracks from Saratoga down to Colonial Downs.
Over the past 2 years he’s probably become the best American trainer for fillies-nearly all on the dirt.
