    Which newspaper (non specialist)is best for racing coverage ? Not necesarily race cards etc but for general articles and journalism.

    They are all about as bad as eachother with hardly a word on the sport.

    Times. Rob Wright and Alan Lee write intelligently.
    The Mail’s racecards are pretty good.

    I wouldn’t read too much into that. The Evening Standard need as much room for adverts as possible given their current financial situation. I almost surprised they still cover news.
