WE HAVE A DREAM looks the likely leader on the rail.I’ve backed him at 25-1 and laid off at 6-1 it the hope of him being a few clear 3 out.I’ve also backed the place and laid a bit off. Although its a hard looking race the battle for the lead wont be like other years so I can see the hold ups not getting into the race.Having said that I cant find a winner but I think JOSEPH HENRY at 40’s wont be that price near 2 furlong pole.
clearly being drawn low even though they moved the running rail has given the horse no chance.On the other hand the winner unhassled in the lead wins.

interesting race with four or five front runners.TABARET
has an obvious chance but can the jockey pull it off.He won on him before holding the horse just off the pace.So you think he’d try that again ,no he takes on the front runners,so what will he do this time? I’m siding with JUST SAM.The horse normally front runs but was held up in a fast race last and ran a good second.This horse has the best times on this sort of track and with the field mostly wanting to lead this could be a good bet.On closer inspection I have backed ISHETOO as well for a bit of cover.Big race.
KALDOUN KINGDOM bad draw but is held up so might overcome.
JONNY MUDBALL worried the rail helped him last time.
STRIKING SPIRIT bad draw.
KNOT IN WOOD Im on this one. Sit off the pace in the middle and pounce.I cant see any hold ups getting into the race.Newbury 500. some race this one with 5 or 6 front runners.This is a hold ups race with no hold ups.EFISTORM can be held up and when Turner won on him before,he was held up, so looks like a good bet at long odds.SOLEMN looks the best of the rest.
I was more hopeful but a hold up did win anyway>I like this one bit late but looks good GWILYM
one more go today CHOC´A´MOCA e/w.Might get a better position than the draw suggests.

My best bet has to be in this race. High draw is a must especially. with so many front runners. The going will not matter. Lodi should be held up off the pace and the booking of the excellent George Baker means exactly that.
There should be some big prices on offer and this is solid e/w.
