From my window I can see Berwick Law….and everyones favourite "non-trier" goes again today at Newcastle. Get On. Oh and Leading Man is a massive price at 7s…

Plenty of money for Berwick Law today and win or lose, their is plenty of confidence behind the horse – which is the complete opposite to last time,

December 2, 2007 at 22:58 #128496Cannot see any problem with either race. Trainer put the trip up LTO – placing looks OK.
Race at NCS no real surprises, best form – third best speed – best VDW. Obviously in with a great shout. Nothing in it at the end of the day.
Backing two runners is the relentless pursuit of value. Backing each way is a shortcut to the poor house. Only 7% make a long term profit.
December 3, 2007 at 02:03 #128507Told you Lenny never stopped the horse and had no reason too, but some insisted I was talking BS…….Horse at the moment isn’t good enough to be stopping he just wasn’t ready to run his best that day. He is a huge horse and more of a chasing type and needs time. Hence they took it easy on him no mare than that. Hopefully he will win a couple of hurdle races this season but the stewards wouldn’t know a horse that was being stopped if it jumped up and bit them.
