    Forecast has improved for monday, if envoi switches now, its not because of the ground!

    Agree mark id take him over the fav, envois a non stayer in this if theres a group 1 animal at this trip in the race, which sporting john looks to be the big breakaway the other i like, will have both against the fav

    I agree I don’t think envoi will quite make it up the hill in soft ground over 2 and a half miles – the big breakaway for me

    Gordon Elliott puts his horses in races where they have the best chance of winning. He walked the track this morning and talked to the clerk of the course prior to his decision. Now that he has made it he’ll win it like Samcro did I reckon, with Sporting John possibly chasing him home.
