Gaelic Warrior has a couple of entries this week.
He done loads wrong at Cheltenham so I expect Mullins to improve him leaps and bounds
Could be aimed here or Albert Bartlett if things go well

I like Gaelic Warrior at 10/1 in a place for this.

There was an almighty gamble on him at last season’s Festival, it almost came off, he seems to be improving further and he will surely swerve Facile Vega in the Supreme.

I’d like Marine Nationale in this too, but his trainer seems to have this absurd notion that he knows more about his horse than Chezza does and is aiming him at the Supreme.

Would need to see him go left handed personally

Jumped markedly to the right in the boodles

7’s top price now for Gaelic Warrior

I’m on him at 12’s for this and have nice prices on Facile Vega for the Supreme

I think it would speak volumes if Facile Vega ended up here and Gaelic Warrior the Supreme, it won’t happen, but just incase I’ve had £2 at 146/1 on the double

Chezza: “I like Gaelic Warrior at 10/1 in a place for this.”

“Topper” Hughes: “I’m on him at 12’s.”

    FML – again!

Chezza, you were 9 days off my post above your 10’s pal
I’m expecting the whole of the forum in the ten to follow to transfer him in when its time for the swaps.. :rose:

Nine days behind Nathan is the very definition of lying too far out of your ground – Chezza expects the be had in by the Stewards for THAT.

To be fair the stewards would say Nathan also had a few quid on the Albert Bartlett too so that sort of de-values the price..

Steward “Mr Davies, I put it to you that you were clocked at 9 days and 4 minutes off the pace, have you anything to say?”
Mr Davies “I was busy eating biscuits, sir”
Steward “Mr Davies, do you think that is acceptable behaviour?”
Mr Davies “Look, its like I said to mother when I was just a nipper, I don’t eat biscuits after dinner, biscuits is the dinner”

Very impressed by Impaire Et Passe today. Taken the 12s with Quinnbet, seeing that Mike vouches for them.

    “biscuits is the dinner”

I’ve actually only just noticed this – quality.

Chezza is still sulking about Marine Nationale not being aimed at this.

Quinnbet offer MOTs as well as not suspending ante-post market when relevant contests are in running?

    Wow.

Will Impaire Et Passe end up in a Supreme with Grangeclare West and Gaelic Warrior in there atm for the Ballymore?

You could ask why would he go to the Supreme when they have Facile Vega?

It’s Mullins- nobody knows until the final declarations are made.

Ante-post is a minefield, massive margins, no NRNB as yet, multiple horses with multiple options.

Throw in horses trained by a big outfit like Mullins and it’s even worse – he’s mob handed with possible entries across virtually every race and many of his horses have two, or even three, possible targets.

You could have, say, a tenner on a horse for all three possible engagements and it ends up running in none of them.

Often far better to wait and have £30 on the horse for the race it’s actually declared for (if it’s declared at all) at the 48-hour stage.

The best ante-post bets are on horses from smaller yards who only ever have the one target.

This constant reading and regurgitating Mullins quotes, and trying to read between the lines whenever he opens his mouth, when he doesn’t care an iota about ante-post punters and will change his mind and put punters away time and time again, is real lemmings over a cliff/gluttons for punishment stuff at times.

    Gladders is absolutely correct.

“You could ask why would he go to the Supreme when they have Facile Vega?”

I did ask that question and the answer was he would perhaps have more than one in the race, like when Min ran he ran Douvan too and when Melon ran he had multiple runners. We will see how the card is played with him.
