It’s a tough one greenasgrass, and as you say, if you have two Elite Horses in your Stable
that you want to hang on to both for December, and still have your December Elite Transfer,
then you’re right you will have to just sit tight at the moment. But there are those that
definitely should use the November transfer, either to stick in Defi Du Deuil, or one that
they think will run in December. I mean those that still have Altior in their Stable, and
there are some that do. We knew prior to the start of the competition that he was struggling
to get fit for the Queen Mother at the Festival.I know what you mean with Defi, it is a chance if you stick him in, even though I think he will
win on Saturday, and move out something you think will win a bonus Christmas race. Just a personal
point of view, but I think Defi was just about the most impressive horse I saw last year and I’ve
stuck him in as my star horse in Bobby’s Ten To Follow. I think the 6/1 for the Christmas Hurdle
is very decent value and he’s my idea of the Champion Hurdle winner. If he wins on Saturday,
the way I’m hoping he will, I doubt you’ll get the 8/1 that’s on offer for the Champion Hurdle.Good luck whatever way you decide to go
November 23, 2017 at 23:11 #1328237Thanks, you too. As I predicted I am enjoying spending way too much time trying to work out weeks in advance which horses are going to go where and win. Then it rains, or something gets injured belonging to connections who have other good horses in that division…and my lovely house of cards comes tumbling down again! Well it’s actually more like chess, only more fun. I was rubbish at chess, could never think more than one move ahead…
November 24, 2017 at 17:52 #1328317Well that’s the 1st week over, and it was some start by Graham Black (Galaxy’s Chasers).
Very well done Graham, but you have a host (well four) of Stables behind you who have burst
the ton in the 1st week, that’s a great start too from Virginia (Greenasgrass) Peter (Peter Mernah)
Alan (Shaws Superstars) and Philip (McCormack Marauders). Not to worry you, but you have
last year’s runner up, Andrew Sutherland (Teaformee) snapping at your heels
He’s another who managed to get to the 100 mark.Plenty of very good scores from many in the League, but the tapes have barely gone up, so
there’s a marathon in front of us. Loads of time for all to catch up, and please keep in mind
that all your scores are important as the League of League Competition is based on the average
score of the complete League. Here are the 1st week’s scores. Five hours left to get all your transfers completed, and as mentioned
in the reminder I gave yesterday, the BONUS RACE is the Betfair Chase. Best of luck for week 2

and I’ll be behind the sofa again hoping that they all get home safely. Thanks for the update Graham and well done Graham Black what a flyer you are off too in Week 1

Just put my 3 x transfers in and updated my Elite horse to DDS for tomorrow so fingers crossed.
I know we all know this now but in case anyone is in doubt, don’t forget to CONFIRM each transfer as you make it and then when you have transferred your star look at the bottom of the list and click UPDATE.
CONFIRM each horse as you transfer
UPDATE all changes when you are done.
Just that last year some of us including myself got caught out on this by forgetting to click the update option.
Good luck everyone and come on Team TRF..Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 24, 2017 at 19:14 #1328337Jac, looks to me like your star is still on Jenkins- do our transfers only become visible to others after 11pm?
November 24, 2017 at 19:27 #1328338Thanks green I was a bit worried when I went back to My Stable and saw that I still had my star on Jenkins but when I went back to Transfers it said at the top that my 3 Tranfers for week 2 had been completed so I think this will all show up after 11.00pm tonight when the cut off take a effect.
It’s strange but I hope this is right, perhaps Graham will confirm..
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 24, 2017 at 19:33 #1328341Yeah, I’m still waiting for mine to switch so guessing it will at 11pm

November 24, 2017 at 19:42 #1328342I don’t think there is anything to worry about, last year was the same, the transfers
you make don’t change your Stable until after the deadline for transfers. My transfers
are in but I’m the same as you guys, they still have to update. Thanks for pointing out the previous problem with the transfer button Jac, I remember
a few were caught out with that last year. Good luck with Bristol Du Mai Jac, I know
you’ve been singing his praises for some time. Not to worry you, but he’s got the
handicap penalty of my Star on him too
November 24, 2017 at 21:53 #1328374Made my transfers and tried to update my star horse but don’t know if update button worked. The star moved but when I clicked update nothing happened. If I go to “My stable” it show last week’s horses as expected. If I then click on transfers it shows the 3 new horses but the star is sitting on American, who occupies slot 10 where my star horse Le Prezien was last week.
I assume the same thing is happening to everyone ie star showing on the slot it was last week?November 24, 2017 at 22:30 #1328382That’s not right green I think you pressed update and then tried to move your star afterwards.
Try going to View History and then click Transfers you will see your new selections..then try moving The Star from American to your new choice and see if it will let you update the move.
Hope this might help..Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 24, 2017 at 22:40 #1328384Greenasgrass if you have updated your star in the transfer section by touching the star symbol beside the horse and touched the update button at the bottom of the list you should be alright. Your new star position won’t show on your stable list until the transfer period is passed, but when you go onto the transfer page it should show beside the horse you chose as the new star. Does it show in the correct in the transfer section? If it does you should be okay, if it shows against another horse when your in the transfer section then something isn’t right. If it’s not,and it won’t move to the horse you want, you could use the feed back button and try and get the message to them before 11pm. Hope you get it sorted, let me know
November 24, 2017 at 22:45 #1328385Nope, didn’t work. Update button is grey; I move the star, update button goes green, I click it and nothing happens to say updated. Leave page, go back to page and star is back on American. I did click on feedback and emailed them about the problem but don’t know if it sent. Just checked my own email account and there is no automated “Hi thanks for feedback your query will be dealt with yada yada”. Ah well too late now. Just wish I’d slotted Outlander into Le Prezien’s space then it wouldn’t have mattered!
November 24, 2017 at 22:50 #1328386Ha, tried doing it on laptop not phone and it has worked! C’mon Outlander win me some double points now, star horse!!
November 24, 2017 at 22:59 #1328389Thank goodness it worked greenasgrass, I remember last year that someone had a problem with the site on their iPad, but it worked okay on their laptop. It seems the site doesn’t like some devices but laptops are okay. Phew, you got it worked out just in time
November 24, 2017 at 23:11 #1328393Well done green
Glad you got that sorted in time.Cut off time now upon us so good luck everyone and good luck with Defi Du Seuil in the 10 to follow Graham, we have our own little race going on there at the moment
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 25, 2017 at 00:45 #1328415Cheers Jac, I was at Cheltenham last year and saw Defi winning the Triumph Hurdle. I
was in the stand level with the last fence, and he just took off after that. I was really
impressed and thought he’s the real deal. He won the Boom Bar at the Aintree Festival after
that, almost blowing raspberries at those behind him. I think he’s going to have a terrific
year. I’ve already had a bit of interest in him at next year’s festival, so I hope I’m right
about him, but it’s racing so you never know
November 25, 2017 at 20:27 #1328702Hi folks.
A newbie to the forum here. I’ve been reading everyone’s views with interest on the racing in recent months and have added ‘Man Superstars’ to the competition to see how I would fare. As I am doing quite well at the moment I thought I would make my acquaintance.
