    Love this race
Who Dares Wins at 33’s with Paddy Power stands out at first glance.
Plenty in with chances but I like his Royal Ascot form as a winner and placed in 3 runs
Pied Piper is also an interesting contender but I prefer the King horse at the prices

I’ve often wondered why this Handicap is called the Ascot Stakes.

Same with the Britannia, Wokingham stakes
Its not as if its a 200 year old race that developed into a handicap
maybe the word “handicap” is frowned upon for the Royal Meeting
I’m sure they could have used other words than Stakes though

    Good points – yes.

Goodwood Stakes also at their big meeting, I think.

Horrible race, but Reshoun is from a yard in form and Themaxwecan will like the quick ground.

Cracking line up here, and though he’s probably vulnerable to less exposed runners, I’ll stick with Rock Eagle.

Won old Rowley Cup on GF few years back, and though hit and miss since then, hoping that he’ll feel the benefit of recent comeback run.

Trying to stick to one here, but having a good look at Proschema too

Arcadian Sunrise ran well but didnt get the run of the race under the claimer, having to come widest.

Cleveland looks a bit of a certainty in the last now if handling the ground and drop back in trip

The 2nd and 4th in the Chester Cup finishing 1st and 3rd
