    Hi everyone,

    Is anyone planning to go to the Arc this year? I have just booked a hotel – Hotel Diana in the Latin quarter, good area to stay, and looks good value for money at EUR 95 per night based on 2 sharing. It has had very good reviews on Trip Advisor (is ranked 73 out of approx 1900). Another hotel we found was Hotel Tourisme at EUR 92 per night (ranked 69 on Trip Advisor), which is further west and closer to Longchamp, but both are in good locations, and appear to be good value for money. We narrowed it down to these 2, so I just thought I’d mention them for anyone looking to go over..

    It would be good to meet up with people from this site for a drink if anyone is heading over.

    I’ll definitely be going over.

    Just to warn you, Guinness is 7 euros per pint, in the numerous Irish bars.

    I will be going again – but I do it as a day trip – much easier, saves messing about with hotels and the like.

    Especially as the hotels in Paris that I like tend to sharply increase their rates Arc weekend.

    Cheap compared to Doha :x

    Will definitely be interested in going for the weekend if I can get the days off work.
