    I think the point is that mention of any of those four, including reference to the person at the Post/Revenue/GC you have discussed the case with or court papers in hand, will bring the case to a swift conclusion.

    Threaten BIAS and he’ll likely call your bluff and the resolution will be anything but swift. Also, what happens if and when you lose the case? None of the others will be terribly interested in some lost ticket from ancient history that baldie’s no longer obliged to keep a record of.

    Fair enough. I haven’t any first hand experience of IBAS, so can’t comment on bias

    Now they ‘adjudicate’ rather than ‘arbitrate’ would suggest they’ve been given a leg-up power-wise :?
