The inevitable next time a jockey drops his hands, he should remember to tell the stewards he lost his balance.

Was he really unbalanced? I didn’t notice much of his “rising up in the saddle”, but if he wants to have it that way….
It will be too easy for jockeys to tell Stewards some crap about being unbalanced and get away with that.

A lot of the press around it has been embarrassing too, he’s so eloquent and completely right – racing post, Nick luck podcast – for fear of him not talking to them. Sporting life podcast more honest.
