    I have noticed he has not had a ride in Ireland for a year. His last ride was a fall from Castlegrace Paddy at Leopardstown in early Feb 2019. Has he called time on his career due to injury or is he out long term? A quick look on google brings up no news of any retirement/injury problems?

    There is an article on the racing Post website today.

    Lynch, 35, said: “They seemed a bit happier with it the other day at my most recent check-up but it’s going to be a few months before I’d be looking at getting back and it’s still a bit up in the air as to whether I’ll be able to.

    Just goes to show what a dangerous game it can be , and what a short career it can be. I wish him well.
