The course is now in my opinion one of the top three in the country.
Even with 70,000 there it doesn’t feel as cramped as other courses, most notably Cheltenham. The new stands are fantastic and the redeveloped parade ring/winners enclosure is very pleasing on the eye.
My favourite spot is the roof of the Queen Mother Stand, great view of the course from a small uncovered terrace.
Great job all round, pity there’s only 6 days of racing there a year!
