It doesn’t help when "Up Hill Battle`s" racing in the 5.00 at Bath today should be named "Up Hill Battles’".

Rather than an improvement, it is now beyond an easy resolution.Here is a link to a very sad "AD IDEM" mistake.
The spelling mistake that wrecked a family business: Companies House to pay £8.8m damages after engineering firm with 250 workers closed down when government pen-pusher added an extra ‘s’ to document.

How can this happen when every company as a unique Registration number. Mind you the article does refer to a "Mr Davis-Sebry" on one occasion whilst on all others Davison-Sebry, so yes mistakes can easily be made.
