That is my view of the incident as well, based on what is in the public domain. Maybe more information will emerge in time but as I see it, De Boinville showed himself to be arrogant and entitled and Queally as having a chip on his shoulder.
Definitely a bit handbaggy. Just tell him to feck off on the course and then bust him in the changing rooms afterwards. No need for the crying to the camera.
Agree GM. Queally was pathetic, whining to Matt Chapman. There was no need for him to mention his children either.
Neither jockey emerges well from the incident. An undignified storm in a teacup. The stewards should tell them both to pack it in and get on with it.

Amazing how they can get things done so quickly when the heat is on. Not proven. What a fudge that is. He either did or did not. Totally swept under the carpet. Next time declan should just give him a glasgow kiss in the changing room. They wouldnt be able to sweep that under the carpet.
