Enjoy Costa B.
I decided not to get involved with Skitter Scatter yet, Jac.Value Is EverythingSeptember 19, 2018 at 20:10 #1375357That was a nice debut by the frankel colt in the closer at naas, in the american pharoah colours, one to keep onside id think
September 20, 2018 at 21:31 #1375428O’Brien has The Tooth Fairy entered up for a maiden on Saturday at Gowran Park.
She is out of Red Evie by Galileo and a full sister to former Arc winner Found. On the same card the 1st foal of Sky Lantern has an entry Gentile Bellini also Aidan O’Brien
Blackbeard to conquer the World
September 21, 2018 at 12:22 #1375468Wouldn’t say i was wildly taken by Old Glory Ham. Obviously did it ok beating one with previous experience…but i wouldn’t say he’s a surefire winner NTO in group company, and i am sure his price will indicate he is given price tag, connections etc etc.
A nice middle distance horse for next year probably though!

Blackbeard to conquer the World
September 28, 2018 at 17:56 #1375951Cant say i agree regarding old glory jack i thought it was quite a smart win FTO, not sure what he will be capable of, of course, but ill be surprised if he isnt atleast half decent
Smart performance from frosty (winters sister) won that very green and readily, looked smart
October 3, 2018 at 15:47 #1376282Last (or first actual) word for me on the discussion. This thread should be in Trends, Reserach, and Notebooks. It’s a Notebook thread, therefore it’s in the notebook forum, I struggle, really struggle, to see what the issue is. All these other sub forums would be busy if we could just ditch the “F’ck it, I’ll just post it in Horse Racing” mentality.
The Sea The Stars thread belongs here.
Yes, there’s a Frankel thread in Horse Racing, but it’s well established in there now, so it would seem incredibly childish to move it. If that thread was started today, I’d move it here immediately.
Nearly 50% of threads that get started in ‘Horse Racing’, shouldn’t get started in Horse Racing.
(I’m sorry for editing this post in some time later, but wanted my point across, without starting yet another debate on a fresh post)
Really sorry guys, takes a lot to get me to post like this, but I can’t see the issue at all.
Anyway, I still consider it foreign territory for me, this thread, but well impressed with both Norway, and Kaloor, the last 24 hours.
October 4, 2018 at 18:15 #1376350Steve and you guys what your views on 2yos races last week with those at Newmarket and Magna gracia won a maiden well while Japan took Beresford and Norway bolt up as well.
And any views on 2yo races in France at weekend
October 8, 2018 at 11:44 #1376750Both of those impressed me Darren, Frosty looked very smart also that i see you’ve put up for the oh so sharp.
Turgenev was very impressive on Saturday giving 6lbs to what looked a good novice field. Royal Marine, Lagardere winner, beat him on debut and i like both of them going forward.
October 9, 2018 at 10:28 #1376816I see Persian King is earmarked for the Autumn Stakes this weekend. A horse that has been discussed quite a lot on here by myself and SC who is nolonger with us! His owner has confirmed he is going here and is available at 11/4- i’d say he will shorten up considering the Fabre factor.
Kadar the other interesting entrant.
I think Turgenev is a proper horse and might well end up the best long term prospect of the 2yo crowd.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!October 9, 2018 at 13:00 #1376830Also jack there a market for Zetland where WALDSTERN is fave been sea of blue for it today as well any views on that race.
Dewhurst this week with Cornwallis as well.
October 9, 2018 at 13:18 #1376833The step up in trip will be right up his street you’d think Darren!
Would be slightly worried about what AOB sends over as his 2 most prominent in the market look dangerous.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!October 9, 2018 at 14:20 #1376838I really like Kadar & PK, if Kadar goes in the Autumn stakes i’ll be all over him at 8s.
PK form got let down by Anodor in the Lagardere but i’m putting that form down to PK needing the experience FTO.
Love this weekend, get a decent clarification on the order of the 2YOs going into next spring with the Fillies mile, Autumn Stakes & Dewhurst
October 9, 2018 at 15:06 #1376843Only just noticed Suphala will also head to Newmarket, she has followed a very similar path so far with Persian Moon….Also very intersting!

PERSIAN KING 11/4 as well
October 10, 2018 at 13:42 #1376906Any views on KICK ON maiden at Newmarket think front be smart horses next year could see winner be main miler for Gosden as feel TO Darn Hot be best at 1m2.While 2nd and 3rd in race could become leger horses as well.
October 10, 2018 at 13:46 #1376907Yep Darren 1st three home in Kick On’s maiden likely to be smart indeed.
If things stay the way they are Gosden is going to have some lovely 3yos…fitness permitting
