Spent long enough looking at Ponty 2.35 class puzzle to have a 1 pt bet
Going with the 6/4 Fav Dark Rosa to take it after her spins here and at Chester and Berning Hot a possible 6/1 saver.
Panenka may indeed prove to have more class – just doubts he really gets 6f at moment so hope the Banbridge man attempts to make all to test him at least.
(Rock Diva no doubt wins!)
September 27, 2024 at 14:55 #1708560Just maybe Formal 7/4 may be as useful as her mum! Leopardstown and Galway not the best prep for Newmarket
September 29, 2024 at 15:52 #1708767The 2yo’s have passed me by this year really, but I think that Wolfpack could be an interesting runner at Redcar next week
September 30, 2024 at 14:24 #1708790Can’t resist a match, even in a lowly a Hamilton maiden! Going with fav Solvency 5/4 despite ground concern. On Key’s race at Redcar looked a poor one. Will probably need to take the initiative to beat the Fav

Impressive attitude for an opening bow!
October 2, 2024 at 14:39 #1708834Cagey ride from back required from Brandon to oblige @ 6/4 on Troy Story. As much a test of jockey as horse. Hope he’s had a look back at his Ebor meeting win for confidence!
October 11, 2024 at 13:00 #1709504No guarantee Aidans will appreciate holding ground so will chance Verse of Love will have too much class for others and will shortly be apple of Charlie’s eye! @ 11/5
Adding Derry to outclass Bohemians tonight for a bonus
7/2 + Bum Steer Double Chance!
October 17, 2024 at 14:39 #1710035Hunch Far from Dandy will handle ground better than Great David!
October 18, 2024 at 12:43 #1710108Prefer Invitorio of the two principals on limited form evidence on hand
October 22, 2024 at 13:51 #1710580Regal Agenda May prefer a straight line @11/5
May force Blazing Spirit to make all!October 23, 2024 at 14:12 #1710621Intriguing novice!
Will Mudhir and Due West get up the hill well

11/4 looks decent value on Jolly Hidden Secret – taking on trust he still has fire in his belly after his snip and he has developed a bit more. Decent debut event in the Summer. Ground shouldn’t be a problem.
Possible saver on Eternal Force 11/2!
October 25, 2024 at 13:53 #1710717Janey Mackers finished well enough in her debut but not convinced the Yarmouth race was that hot so there may be value elsewhere. 2/1 is a bit skinny for Queen of Thieves. Her mum liked it soft so she may be the one to have a bit more speed and class. Hope Shoemark will strike late to lift the loot!

November 1, 2024 at 13:37 #1711335Being beaten by Aesterius in July at Sandown doesn’t look like a bad effort
It ain’t two 3/1
November 2, 2024 at 12:21 #1711481Distinctly average bunch – My tenner is on Crepe Suzette 5/2 to get home – at least before Shrove Tuesday!
November 9, 2024 at 12:21 #1712245Let’s hope he is courageous and generous as his Muslim name suggests and he’ll finish my turf season on a positive note if only to lift the November gloom!
There seems to have been plenty of pace in his debut outing so I trust the market confidence will be justified!
Humam 11/8
April 4, 2025 at 13:13 #1725841Forza Calafiori!
Kicking off this season with a 11/2 value pick
The 5f at Leicister should be demanding enough in early April so if the the two principals don’t quite get home this outsider and Billy the Kid may just possibly oblige. Interesting early season jockey test.April 7, 2025 at 13:50 #1726568Brocklesby seems to have been run at a bit of a canter so I’ll plumb for newcomer Ali Shuffle to take this match – easing out to 2/1 Jockey better on turf than AW
Hopefully I’ll be sucking diesel!April 28, 2025 at 14:25 #1728580Wouldn’t be a great shock if Nr Nippy found one too nippy for him over the 5f at Ayr. Watteen’s long journey may be as much a negative as a positive. If Nueve Sligo is anyway green the centre of the Ayr straight may not be the ideal surroundings. My vague hunch favours easy to back Society of Honour 3/1 who may possibly show the fleetness of foot of his sire
