Very well done to JohnnyB and SteveH who will contest this year’s Daylight Cup Final after both convincingly winning their respective semi finals.
The Daylight Cup is named for TRF’s founder, the late Craig Mitchell, so is dear to my heart and I’m delighted to see two fine tipsters who have been great supporters of TRF competitions through the years in the final.
Trophy at stake so give it your best shot lads.

Hard luck JB, well done on reaching the final.

Commiserations to johnnyb on being a very worthy runner-up….I really think that in this competition especially there should be a prize for the beaten finalist.
…and thanks as always to Bob Rolf and David Cormack for making it all possible.Powered by Linux
September 3, 2014 at 21:41 #489729Yes thanks again to Bob and David for organising once more. I am especially pleased to win the Daylight Cup being a member of the ownership syndicate Craig formed back in 2002. It was a great coincidence to win on the day when the current syndicate enjoyed one if its highest profile days with Ladweb’s second place at Sandown.
