    I read in the RP that next year’s turf flat season is going to start on Easter Day at Musselburgh…except that it isn’t!

    The official season will start the following Saturday at Doncaster, so there will be some sort of 6-day unofficial flat season from 23/03/08 through 28/03/08.

    The blame has been put on an early Easter (as though this had never happened before).

    Well done the BHB, this will get the season off with a mighty bang, won’t it?
