I’ve been looking through the Lincoln these past few days. It’s always
chancy with over 100 still entered but I think Paddy Power is chancing
his arm offering Mudbir at 20/1. His dad is Kingman who won 7 out of
8 races, 4 Group 1’s. It would have been 5 with the 2000 Guineas until
Night of Thunder at 40/1 (I can’t deny I had a few shillings on, but you’ll
have to take my word on that) Mudbir’s dad is Kingman his mum Handassa by
Dubawi. He’s trained by John Gosden, who won this in 2021 and will almost
certainly be ridden by Jim Crowley. He’s won 3 of his 6 runs and although
7th last time he had a pretty rough passage. If he runs, he won’t be 20/1
if he does run and the draw is important, but that can be either side.
