Not so long ago, some people were complaining about Irish horses being treated too leniently in handicaps. Has the wheel now turned and the British handicapper is treating Irish horses too harshly? 
Dan Skelton pulled off two handicap coups at the festival. How has he managed to get them so well handicapped? He was even interviewed by the stewards after the running of Supremely West earlier in the season but I believe the handicapper lowered the horse’s rating afterwards!
