I used to like a pint of Stowford when I worked in the Welsh borders. Back home, Longmeadow or Carson’s Crisp does the job. If you’re ever in Armagh, go for a tour of the Armagh Cider Company. It’s a nice place, the family that own it used to stand a couple of thoroughbred stallions too.
