Cracking day’s racing at Musselburgh today and more in prospect tomorrow. Ratings didn’t make a mark but I did benefit by betting on a Ewan Whillans plot as the progressive Star of Guiting won the Scottish County Hurdle. Ewan is a decent trainer who still appears to go under the radar.
